I first ordered a hoodie that did not fit so I processed a return and was a bit concerned because these days you never know what kind of response that you are going to get. I was pleasantly surprised at how great their customer service iwas.They helped me from beginning to the end and were very responsive. I then ordered a 3 pack of tees and love them. They are really soft and comfortable. I love that they are tighter through the chest and arms and a little bigger in the stomach and waist areas, like an athletic cut. One piece of advice is that they do run small especially the hoodies so size up. Bottom line is that this is a great company and I am now a regular customer. Oh and no I do not work for nor do I get paid by Back Bone Swag for writing positive reviews, lol.
