Refunds: Once an order has been transacted it CANNOT be refunded. If you receive any gear that has been damaged in transit please reach out to email@example.com and we will get you taken care of.
Cancellations: We don't want to see you every leave us because we work hard to add value with every interaction. For whatever reason if you ever decide to cancel you can.
Just make sure that you cancel before your next billing date. You can cancel within your account under "My Subscription".
